We collect your name, email, and the information you record in the app: mood check-ins, question responses, habits, and couple notes. We also collect basic technical usage data, such as app version and crashes, to maintain the service.

2. How we use data

We use data to generate the relationship dashboard, send reminders, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data or use intimate entries for advertising.

3. Sharing between partners

Some entries are shared with the person linked to your account, as indicated in the app. Entries marked private remain visible only to you.

4. Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with restricted access. No system is completely immune to incidents; we will communicate relevant events as required by applicable law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data at any time at privacidade@agapeapp.site. Account deletion removes associated entries within 30 days.

6. Minors

Agape is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email before taking effect.
